Hopeless ultrasound technicians. There is no system of appointment. They propose first come first service but at random anyone is attended. I took my mother of age 76 for abdomen ultrasound and I was asked to come around 10.30a.m and I took the token at 9a.m Since she is old and can't hold on to the urine, also vomiting is an issue with her. I brought her exactly at 10.30 and waited for 25min after informing the reception. The reception was cooperative but ultrasound doctor and technology were just passing time. Very unprofessional behavior. Other facilities like CT Scan and MRI are good. Guards and support staff also are very cooperative and helping. But had bitter experience with Ultrasound team.
Do not go with the rating in this clinick.. for 3 patients ultrasound they use to take more then 2 hours, that means they are very much inefficient, choose some other experience alternative. Thanks.
Overall Experience is too good all the staff are professional, well trained and supportive...this is best pathology lab in Delhi . 10 out of 10 from my side.
Had my Mri today at this location, priyanka assisted us. Good customer service. The only thing that can be improved is telling the patient actual waiting time, as I only had 1 patient ahead of me mentioned by the receptionist but still had to wait 1 h 30 minutes before getting my turn. Apart from that good experience.
Visit fo my MRI Scan, all the staff are very profesional and supportive, highly recommended dor all radiplogy and pathology services
