Trying to sell tests without giving benefit of CGHS panel. Pathetic staff behavior. The man sitting at the reception behaves with airs of some superfluous arrogance towards patients, argues, remains distracted on phone. At least teach them some manners on how to behave with patients. Being in services sector, that too healthcare, requires not just careful concern, but some amount of basic communication skills. Learn from your competitors if you don't know how to.

My experience at this diagnostic center was extremely frustrating and stressful. Everything that should have been completed in 1 day ended up taking 4 days, causing a lot of inconvenience for me and my mother. On the first day, we completed all our tests except the ultrasound because the ultrasound doctor was not available. The staff told us clearly: “When you come tomorrow for the ultrasound, you can also collect your previous reports.” On the second day, when we went for the ultrasound, we first collected the reports of the earlier tests. After the ultrasound was done, they told us again: “Come tomorrow to collect the ultrasound report.” On the third visit, they gave us the ultrasound report, but the ultrasound imaging was missing. I had clearly informed them that I needed both the ultrasound report and imaging, yet they only provided the report. Because of their mistake, I had to visit again on the fourth day just to collect the missing ultrasound imaging. Instead of 1 or 2 days, we were forced to keep going back for 4 days, wasting time, money, and energy—especially difficult when you are taking care of an ill parent. This kind of mismanagement is completely unacceptable for any medical center.

I visited today for test & there was no token system to pick up the Patients. Ms. Kanchan pick the prescription at their own. When I enquired, her response was so rude I will go there. No professional laboratory in term of dealing with customers by staff. Please avoid if feasible.

Unprofessional staff and time waste with money. Poor quality machines and don't care for patients. Don't go there by any sources like book meri lab or walk in

Not worth going into details—labs like this run on jugaad, not genuine care for patients. The receptionist couldn’t handle basic queries, let alone a corporate booking. I was given an 8 AM slot, but nothing starts on-time, and no doctor shows up till until 11 AM. Total disregard for time and professionalism.
