Today visited the place for my daughter’s MRI, but still sitting after 4 hours due to inadequate anaesthetic given. The other staff are okay. But please be aware of the coordinator who is roaming in the first floor. He doesn’t know anything, but claims to know everything. Value for money is zero.

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE 02/03/26: MORNING INCIDENT They made me wait unnecessarily for 2 hours just to provide the MRI films. They kept making calls here and there saying that the films might have already been printed but none of it led to any outcome. In the end, they reprinted the films, something that could have been done earlier without making me wait for 2 hours. Because of this delay, I almost missed my doctor’s appointment and to top it all off, even after everything that happened, the reception staff didn’t even apologize at the end. There is no management and coordination among the staff. Avoid visiting this place.

I had a very disappointing experience at this pathology lab. The staff was unprofessional and seemed poorly informed about basic procedures. I was made to wait unnecessarily, and my time was not respected. Clear communication and proper knowledge are the bare minimum when dealing with patients’ health. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training and service quality.

The facility looks great thanks to the recent renovations, and the staff are consistently polite and organized, showing huge improvements over the last five years in both facilities and personnel. Car parking was readily available and presented no issues whatsoever. The main area for improvement is queue transparency; while token numbers are given, the ultrasound department calls patients by name instead of the number. Making the current queue number visible to everyone waiting would make it much more transparent
