Pathetic Services, Took entire day for test done and Reports not available even after 4 days.. I don't know why doctors refer to them... US visa is little easier than getting reports from them. Highly not recommended..

Very pathetic service. Despite spending 14k on a CT scan with an assurance that report to be deliver in 2 hours. It was not available before next day - due to which patient suffered more damages as doctor was not able to prescribe treatment. Very bad, unprofessional face of medical industry

Best place to get your tests done. Have Been lucky enough to recieve awesome experience with this centre located at pusa road as they have all the required machines. Had to go through various tests for my mother and myself. All went well smoothly with minimum wait time. Special thanks to the ladies handling reception Kritika and Priya. Good job..keep it up.

Very clean and well-managed facility. The doctors and lab technicians were knowledgeable and courteous. I didn’t have to wait much and the tests were done efficiently. Appreciate their timely reporting and good customer service.

Highly Disappointed – Unethical Billing Practices and Overcharging Charges here are extremely high compared to other imaging centres. I was prescribed a Color Doppler of one leg, but they billed me for both legs without informing me. Shockingly, they never provide a proper bill—only a handwritten receipt, which they take back from you before the scan. When I insisted on a bill afterward, I was stunned to see that they had charged for services not prescribed. When we confronted them, instead of resolving the issue calmly, Mr. Nitin, who made the bill, became argumentative and aggressive. Only after threatening to escalate the matter to the consumer forum, they reluctantly refunded ₹1500. Their billing lacks transparency, and it feels like intentional overcharging is part of their business model. They also charged me ₹12,000 for an MRI L/S Spine and ₹7,000 for a single-leg Doppler, which is way above market rates. 🚨 Avoid this centre. You will not receive clear billing, and you may be charged for procedures you never requested. This feels like a coordinated loot in the name of diagnostics. I strongly recommend choosing HOD or other reputable diagnostic centres in Delhi. This place operates more like a trap than a healthcare facility.
