If u park here only in your own risk man no guarantee they provide. They need extra petition show us the vedio of their own parking camera footage. Very bad review.
Actually the hospital is really good .The staffs are nice but I had a bad experience from the counseling department. We had consulted the doctor and prescribed for a scanning and then we went to counseling department for taking the available slot for scanning.So we got there ,there were no counseling staffs at that time even there were 2 counseling counters .There were only 2 patient infront of me at that time then,Many patients came there including infant patients.After 30mins the staff came but only in one counter .And then they start calling the patient.Even I was the 3rd person came in the line ,but they don’t consider me and continue to call others .Still I waited patiently for my turn And After sometime I gotta go and ask when would be my turn .Suddenly she yelled at me that I will call you when it’s your turn and I was like ok fine And then she was calling someone and asking something while iam asking again so she did the same move that to yell at me Honestly ,they didn’t respect the patients and they didn’t care about how they feel .That made me to put only 3 stars.I wanna let you know this .so do consider the patients Thanks for reading this patiently.this might be a small incident for you but the patient feel a bit bad.
Now I m in this hospital. Main doctors are very nice and polite. But nursing staff Service is very bad . Not providing room for admit case. Not providing bed and sheet for Bystander. Nursing Staffs are very arogent..Tell them to be polite and dont make partiality if the patient tells any difficulties....pls support patient and Bystander
Very good experience at the post-surgery ward of Comtrust Eye Hospital. The ward was clean, calm, and well maintained. The nurses were very caring, polite, and supportive, and they took good care of the patient at all times. Their service and behaviour really gave us confidence after the surgery. Thank you to the nursing team and staff for the excellent care. Highly satisfied and recommended.
