The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely good. And affordable price, The eye operation went smoothly, and we were able to go home immediately after the surgery. Also, the cafeteria's tea and pathiri are really good; if you go there, you must try both of them.

I had an horrific experience when I was recommended by a driving school for my father's driving licence renewal who is above 80 years old. The initial process of registration was smooth. but in one of the preliminary test, the staff at hospital suspected that my father has color blindness and reported it to the specialist doctor. The specialist doctor examined my father's vision and wanted more tests to be conducted to which we agreed as it pertains to vision and it is critical for driving. The whole procedure took more than 3-4 hours going from cabin to cabin. The same tests were repeated several times the first day which irked my father, who was ready to forgo his licence. We informed that if it is something serious, we do not want to do further tests and my father will stop driving. Finally we got an appointment after few days for HFA test. We reached on time but again we were asked to wait. This test though was done in half an hour but were again asked to go through another round of tests and finally ended up consulting the Chief Doctor who is also the MD of the organization We met him and he advise one more field test which we did. But after the test, when we went to meet him, we were advised to meet the doctor whom we consulted the first day. We met the doctor and after consultation and review of the reports filled up the mandatory forms incomplete. When the forms were uploaded on RTO website, it got rejected. When it was brought to the hospital's notice, they realized their mistake and my father went again personally and get the forms endorsed by the same specialist. In the whole ordeal, the question remains is whether we should undergo so much of procedures for driving license eye test or is the hospital complicating the issues with their own procedures. I would not recommend this hospital unless one has the capacity to spend on all the tests they prescribe. Please ensure that the hospital authorities fill up the form in full before you leave the premises.

I had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly, caring, and professional from the moment I entered. The doctors explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation and treatment. The hospital is well-equipped with modern technology, and the environment is very clean and well maintained.

I am truly grateful to Dr. Lucy P. Paliath for her kindness and patience. Right after my consultation, I felt an immense sense of relief and comfort 🌸. She takes the time to listen with genuine care, and her compassionate approach makes all the difference. We need more doctors like her—dedicated, empathetic, and passionate about what they do ❤️.

*Bad Experience* I went for a consultation and had to wait for 2 hours just for a simple eye test. A government hospital would have been faster. The staff behavior was very poor. One doctor for 50 patients – it was a total waste of time.
