The hygiene and atmosphere of this hospital are extremely disappointing. The washroom facilities are in very poor condition. The tiles, walls, and floor are dirty and stained, and there is visible water leakage and dampness on the walls and ceiling. Such unhygienic conditions are unacceptable in a healthcare facility where cleanliness and sanitation should be a top priority. In addition to the poor environment, the behavior of the nursing staff was also very unprofessional and rude. Instead of helping patients properly, the nurse showed a lack of respect and basic courtesy while communicating. Hospitals are places where patients come for care and comfort, but the overall experience here was stressful due to the unhygienic surroundings and the poor attitude of the staff. I strongly request the hospital management to improve the cleanliness of the facilities and ensure that staff treat patients with respect and professionalism.

We are truly grateful to CSI Kalyani Hospital for the exceptional care given to our preterm baby. It was a very stressful and emotional time for our family, but the doctors and medical team handled everything with great expertise, confidence, and compassion. A very special thanks to Dr. C. N. Kamalarathnam Sir, HOD – Pediatrics, for his outstanding guidance and treatment. His experience, calm approach, and clear explanations gave us so much reassurance during a difficult phase. He treated our baby with utmost care and responsibility, and we will always be thankful for his support. Though the hospital building may look old and in need of renovation, the quality of medical care, experience of doctors, and friendliness of the staff are truly excellent. The pediatric and NICU team is highly skilled and dedicated. For anyone looking for experienced pediatric care, especially for preterm babies, I strongly recommend CSI Kalyani Hospital. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team.

My wife admitted in hospital on 20/01/2024 and discharge on 24/01/2024. They charge bill Rs almost 29000. In this bill they charge above 6000 only for hand gloves. Is this justify 6000 rupees only for hand gloves. In this regard I contacted CGHS Liaison officer Mr Daniel he has no suitable justification for this. They cheated me by extra amount of Bill. And today evening at about 2210 hrs I went for reception for depositing advance money of Rs 5000. Reception staff namely NELSON AND KOUSHALYA argue with me and misbehave.they have no manners how to talk with patient and their families.

Attended the mega camp held by the hospital on 9th October. Very well organised. The blood tests and general checkup were free of cost. The doctors and the staff were very hospitable, polite, patient and guided me as and when required. HPV dna testing and mammogram were the only tests I had to pay for which were done at a very very reasonable and economical cost. Overall the experience was very satisfactory.
