Extremely Disappointing Experience Our experience at Cygnus Hospital was extremely distressing and disappointing. The doctors, Prateek Ahuja and Nirdosh Chabra, showed a shocking lack of diagnosis and care. What started as a minor kidney stone issue was completely mishandled — they made the patient undergo dialysis unnecessarily without properly identifying the real problem. Instead of improving, the patient’s condition worsened under their care. Suddenly, the doctors said they couldn’t handle the case anymore and asked us to shift the patient to Delhi or PGI, claiming the kidneys had stopped working. It was unbelievable that a hospital with ICU facilities could fail to manage such a case or even communicate properly with the family. I would strongly not recommend Cygnus Hospital to anyone. The experience caused unnecessary suffering, panic, and expense due to mismanagement and negligence. Please think twice before trusting this hospital with serious medical issues.
I visited this hospital to have URSL surgery for my husband. The behaviour and way as well as system of DR. MALIK NASIR was really very polite and efficient. I gave 5 star only because of that doctor way of attending patient and his treatment quickness and politeness.
This is one of the best hospital but now due to lack of staff some treatments are not there so we have to move other hospitals This hospital is also budget & all panel
Very disappointing experience non cooperation of staff and doctor will not meet on time. So I personally advised not to come this hospital very bad bad experience.
