Complaint Regarding Staff Behavior and Room Policy Dear Hospital Administrator I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the behavior of your hospital staff and the handling of my patient’s room during an ICU transfer. On 4th March 2025, my patient, a CGHS beneficiary, was shifted to the ICU at 9:30 PM for one night. However, within 15 minutes of the doctor leaving the hospital, I received a call from Mr. Amit (Receptionist), asking me to vacate the room immediately or pay ₹2,000 for the night. When I requested to speak with the doctor, Mr. Rohit (TPA staff) and the team refused to provide Dr. O.P. Agrawal’s contact details, defending their actions instead of assisting me. The staff’s rude and unprofessional behavior towards patient attendants is highly unacceptable. The way they spoke, without considering the situation, reflects poorly on the hospital’s standards. If this policy of forcing patient attendants to vacate the room immediately after an ICU transfer is part of the hospital’s protocol, it is extremely disappointing and lacks compassion. Such incidents create a negative impression of the hospital, and I would never recommend this facility to anyone in the future. I urge you to take strict action against such behavior and reconsider your policies to ensure better patient and attendant support.

Worst in terms of cleanliness.. So conjusted . Unhygienic washroom someone will definitely catch more health issues here. Atleast if you are serving someone washroom should be well neat and clean in patient room specifically.. how could you miss this thing .. will never ever recommend. 🙏🙏🙏🙏 they just need money.

Its an old Private Hospital run by Shri Dayanand Gupta Ji a renowned entrepreneur and philanthropic of our city. This hospital is adjacent to city's Heart that is Begum Bridge crossing. Mainly focused on curing simple Diseases and Gynecology and minor cases of accidents. Surgery and operations are also done. Treatment is less expensive as compared to other hospitals.
