ECHS facility availing patients should not visit this hospital, rather they should go to other good private hospital. Management is worst as they provide wrong information. They told that patients coming through ECHS cannot consult Dr Sanjeev Saxena and they need to give extra money for the OPD constitution or consult other doctor. Condition of hospital is poor, and poorly upkeep. This hospital is running only due to the name of Dr Sanjeev Saxena. Behaviour of nursing staff was ok. Hygeine is not maintained, when i asked for the pillow cover, they said they have lack of stock. Even the blankets provided there were torn and smelly. Toilets were stingy.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Dr. Sanjeev Saxena and his team. He’s not only an excellent doctor but also very patient and reassuring — he takes the time to explain things clearly and genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. A special mention to Anuj, his PA, who has been incredibly kind, proactive, and helpful at every step. Their compassion and professionalism truly stand out — I’m deeply grateful for the care and support they’ve provided. Highly recommended!

Poor Management, Receptionist doesn't greet properly. The boy under Dr Sanjeev Sharma who takes care of OPD appointments, He doesn't follows the protocol, always gives priority to some random people who either comes with some source or bribes him(may be). Even after taking appointments a month ago, you will never get your chance on time, Today, when I am writing the review, my father has got 11 number, but even after sitting for 3 hours, it's number 9 which is going on currently because 15-20 people were given priority
