I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at this dental clinic. No proper guidance or precautions were provided regarding the implant procedure in the first consultation, procedure was also painfull and the doctor behaved rudely. Even more concerning was the dentist’s behavior—treating the patient while repeatedly taking phone calls and engaging in discussions with hospital administration etc. Lack of professional and ethical conduct. For something as serious and sensitive as a dental implant, patients deserve clear instructions, transparency, and respectful treatment. Taking a patient’s money and then failing to provide proper care, communication, and necessary medical guidance is unacceptable. I feel misled and extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience. Please beware going to this clinic and think thrice.

My father was taking treatment from here for last few months. Today I accompanied him for RCT and asked doctor how much time will take to done procedure they told 10-15 minutes. After 30 minutes they take my father in for procedure but just injected local anesthesia and keep him waiting for another 30 minutes. Then I need to make them remember that its already more than 1.5 hours and my father is waiting. After that procedure got started. One more thing should have been taken care about winter that either clinic should have mat on floor or patient should allow with shoe but no, all the doctors and staff were bearing shoes but patients were not allowed with shoe, not even sr citizen. So if one is ok with all these things then may visit here.
