Had a very good experience at Smile Care Dental Clinic, Prabhat Chauraha, Bhopal. I got my teeth scaling and root planing done by Dr. Shabnam Khan. She was very professional, gentle, and explained the procedure clearly.Highly recommended for dental care.

556 reviews and a perfect 5 stars.. interesting. My experience, however, shows a different reality. The below are no emotional arguments, These are facts for what they were without any bias.. I was sold ceramic braces with the promise that the only difference from metal was cosmetic. Later I discovered metal braces are faster, cheaper, stronger — but that was never mentioned. After payment, they even tried to put metal braces on me anyway. Pricing is inconsistent. Some patients are charged 25k, others 30k or more. It depends who you are and what they think you’ll pay. On multiple occasions, my treatment was left in the hands of a receptionist, while the dentist (Dr Abhilasha) walked off to see other patients. The result: braces misaligned, parts breaking, and no accountability. When problems came up, responsibility was deflected. Always “wait for appointment, wait for later. Contact with the dentist was avoided — my mother’s calls were hung up on by Dr Abhilasha (intentionally on the spot) , and we were told directly: ‘Bring money or I’ll close the case.’ After nearly a year, no results. The quality of the parts was cheap, and conversations focused more on money than on treatment. Finally, the person who sold us on the braces was not the one treating us. Dr. Vipalv Joshi disappeared, and the work was passed to someone else without disclosure. I don’t write this emotionally — only to point out that a flawless review record can conceal flaws. Patients deserve transparency on costs, materials, and who will actually be treating them. My experience suggests caution.

From start to finish, the staff made me feel completely at ease, professional, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Vipalv Joshi, provided expert guidance and flawless work on my crown, ensuring everything fit perfectly without any discomfort. Special thanks to Gaurav Sharma, who handled everything with incredible skill and care; his attention to detail during the scaling left my teeth feeling cleaner than ever. Highly recommend this clinic for top-notch dental care. I'll be back for sure!

We don't want this to be deleted.. Strange that this place shows 500+ perfect reviews. My experience was far from perfect. Ceramic braces were pushed on me without explaining that metal braces are stronger, faster, and cheaper. Only later I learned the truth. Prices seem arbitrary — I was quoted higher than someone else I know for the same work. No fixed system, just whatever they decide. I was shocked to see the receptionist working on my braces while the dentist left. Unsurprisingly, things broke and went misaligned. When parts failed, the clinic didn’t take responsibility. Just delays and excuses. Communication was poor. Calls ignored, appointments canceled, and at one point my family was told flatly: ‘Bring money or I’ll close the case.’ The materials felt low quality, results never came, and what mattered most to them was payment, not treatment. I recommend looking very carefully before trusting the flawless rating.
