Very poor communication with serious consequences. After a dog bite, I explicitly asked for a rabies vaccination. The next day, staff confirmed I had received it. Three days later, when I returned for the follow-up dose, I was told I had never received rabies vaccination at all, only a tetanus shot—and that this hospital does not even provide rabies vaccines. This misinformation delayed urgent treatment and put me at real risk of a fatal disease.
Very poor service.... hospital is unable to produce BIRTH CERTIFICATE of my daughter even after 4 months of her birth.... staff nu bss vadhaiyan de do... kam koi ni krna ehna ne..... they didn't even bother to solve my problem

Main doctor is cruel and don’t have manners to talk to thepatient . Every staff member didn’t listen you.
I want to give zero stars. The staff is illiterate, even the gynecologist is not able to meet the queries of patients. I asked about my diet and whether having water-soaked dry figs is safe during pregnancy and the substitute doctor of V. K Dhingra literally said “use your common sense as I don’t have such knowledge”. Seems like she didn’t even have an actual degree. Had very bad experience. Kindly don’t waste your precious time and money here.
