I recently tried to contact the hospital to inquire about their services, as I am currently abroad and unable to visit in person. I needed information regarding treatment options for my mother, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member who answered the call was unprofessional. She simply said, "Come and meet the doctor," and immediately hung up. This happened not once but twice. It was clear that she was not interested in answering my questions or providing any assistance. As someone seeking care for a loved one, this lack of responsiveness and empathy is unacceptable. If the staff cannot take the time to address basic inquiries, it raises serious concerns about the quality of care they provide. How can I trust my parents' health to a facility where staff members are unwilling to communicate or offer support? I hope the hospital management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service. Patients and their families deserve better treatment and respect, especially during such critical times.
