Dolphin Diagnostic Services

I had a very disappointing experience at Dolphin Diagnostic Services – Visakhapatnam. We came for a TIFA scan and reached at 6 PM as instructed. However, we had to wait for nearly 3 hours, which is extremely difficult and uncomfortable, especially for a pregnant woman. If there was going to be such a long delay, the reception staff should have clearly informed us at the time of payment instead of making us sit and wait without any clarity. Unfortunately, this was not a one-time issue. The same thing happened earlier during the marker test — we had to wait almost 3 hours then as well. Waiting for reports was an other 2 hours. For a diagnostic center that handles pregnancy scans and important medical tests, proper scheduling and time management are very important. They should provide clear appointment slots and stick to them, instead of functioning like a crowded general hospital with no time discipline. Very disappointed with the lack of coordination and respect for patients’ time.

Visited Dolphin for some tests. There is a middle aged lady sitting in the reception. She don't know how to behave with customers and patients. She don't have patience and has zero qualities as a receptionist. I'm sorry to say, she's busy in talking to some old person right beside her. She's very busy in entertaining him and getting entertained, ignoring patients and disrespecting their time and everything. Even after seeing lot of bad reviews, I preferred to come there. Now I understood why you got such stupid reviews about staff behavior and test reports. To the mgnt: 1) your receptionist don't know how to treat customers, patients 2) In the work time, she is busy in talking to that person more rather than talking to patients. Shame on that male person also, as he also is very low on common sense. He also know that customer is waiting there. Still they are busy in some personal discussions right in the reception area leaving patients. 3) Not sure why owners don't care about these kind of abnormal behaviors. Thanks for proving the negative reviews right and proving me wrong in coming to dolphin. I will never visit again. No option in giving negative reviews, so giving 1 ⭐️

Had a smooth experience with MRI and CT scan here. The staff were polite and supportive, the centre was clean, and the process was well organized. Scans were done on time and reports were given promptly. Highly recommended.

Management was nice and staff behaviour is also friendly nature

Receiving is very good and hospital is very neat and clean. Staff was very friendly & who ever working in reception 28/12/2025 Sunday I don't know her name she is very supportive and receving patients very good. Thank you mam.
