My experience with the blood test services was pleasant and reassuring. The staff maintained cleanliness and followed safety measures carefully. Amazing experience best service provider, Counter to technicians all staffs are amazing they participated professionally so cooperative even one sister hold my son for one long hr.when I was busy in test procedures. So generous and kind gesture of all staffs. My Best wishes to Lab for their better and bright success in future. Thanks
Testing results quality is superb, only issue with the pricing which can be decreased by providing group packages. Service done by nurse Lakshmi during blood sample collection is smooth and commendable.
I brought my father here for medical tests. The staff were very helpful and completed all the tests quickly and efficiently. However, the lift at the centre’s entrance is quite troublesome. I faced difficulty using it on all four occasions (while entering and exiting) across two visits. Considering that many elderly patients (above 55 years) with health issues visit this centre, I sincerely hope the management addresses this soon and installs an automatic door for easier access.
Sample collection was smooth and well-organized. Clinic atmosphere is clean, calm, and professional. Staff were polite and supportive. Overall a good experience. Reports are delayed Needs improvement.
