I came to dr agarwal for cataract and blur vision dr kalpana garu approach is impressive and all. The staff are friendly and mr. Vamshi serves well. Treatment is very good with qualified doctors and the manager is good and helps throughout the process and my friend also came along with me and his mother alo underwent cataract surgery they are also very Happy regarding treatment we personally felt pir vision is improverd after the treatment at dr agarwal. Dr. Agarwal Hospital, Guntur is one of the best hospitals. They treat patients like family. The enrollment process is smooth, and the care provided is excellent. Special thanks to Dr. R. Kalpana garu and Mr.Vamshi and to the entire staff for their kindness and professionalism. The doctors, helpers, and staff are very friendly and caring. The hospital architecture is very good, clean, and well maintained. It is especially convenient for elderly people, as it is easy to travel inside the hospital. Overall, a very good and helpful hospital.

I went in to get an eye infection checked. Overall the staff were super helpful and the process was smooth and quick. But I had a very bad experience with the doctor, Dr. T.V. Sulochana who was on my case. She checked my eyes, told me it was an infection and gave me meds and eyedrops and when asked what caused the infection and mentioned that I never had it before, she rudely said, "infections only happen once in a while and not everyday". I was taken aback from the response because I was just asking out of curiosity and to know if anything triggered it so I can be more careful next time. When my mum followed up she just said "eyelashes", which didn't add anything and when she asked what she meant by that (because how can my own eyelashes trigger an infection), she started pointing at the eyelashes to explain what eyelashes are as if we didn't already know what eye lashes meant. The whole conversation (which hardly lasted because she wasn't willing to explain anything) was very very disrespectful. When a doctor is reluctant to explain an issue or share more details I lose credibility in them and wouldn't want to trust their expertise. My family has been to the hospital multiple times and it has always been a good experience but it was the first time we interacted with this doctor and it was horrible, leaving a bad taste in the mouth overall. Would recommend the hospital management to look into this and take appropriate action to make sure this doesn't happen to others in the future.
