He exactly knew what to do and the best way in which the patient would have benifits in the future. excellent surgery, perfect guidance about method of recovery after the surgery. Doctors and staff are always available when needed. Thanks to all the doctors and nurses for your treatment, cure and guidance.
I aproached this hospital with severe chest pain and breathlessness. After Angiogram, advised open heart surgery. Then we consulted ctvs surgeon Dr.Avinash sir. during and after hospitalization, Avinash sir was with great care. Surgery went well and my recovery was so easy due to his expertise hands. All the treatment and facillities were excellent.
Short version: In my experience, this hospital in Guntur is extremely commercial and more focused on money than patient care. The doctor spent less than a minute with my father, rushing between two outpatient rooms, and we felt pressured into unnecessary tests and procedures. The behavior seemed polite on the surface but insincere, and many online 5‑star reviews look suspicious, often from accounts with only one or two reviews. I strongly recommend being very cautious and considering other hospitals before coming here. Detailed: I am writing this review to share a very disappointing and concerning experience at this hospital in Guntur. In my opinion, the entire setup feels extremely commercial, with a focus on money rather than genuine patient care. I visited this hospital with my father for a consultation with Dr. Raghava Sharma. He spent less than a minute with each patient, constantly switching between two outpatient rooms. He would enter one room, quickly see a patient, then step out and go into the other room where the nurses had already prepared the next patient, and this pattern continued back and forth. The actual time and attention given to each patient was shockingly low. On the surface he appears polite, but the whole process felt like a scripted performance rather than sincere medical care. I also felt that the hospital pushes unnecessary tests and, in some cases, unnecessary procedures or surgeries, even for outpatients. It gave me the impression that maximizing revenue is more important than recommending only what is truly needed for the patient’s health. Dr. Vijaya, who is also associated with this hospital, came across to me as highly commercial as well. Considering the properties and wealth they already seem to have, it is very disappointing to see what feels like an aggressive attempt to extract even more money from patients, especially after the construction of the new hospital building. The way patients are handled made us feel more like “customers” than people seeking help in a vulnerable situation. Another red flag I noticed is the pattern of online reviews. Many of the 5‑star reviews appear to be from accounts that have only one or two total reviews, which makes them look suspicious and potentially inauthentic. Anyone checking reviews should look closely at the reviewer profiles before trusting the ratings. Overall, I strongly advise people to be very cautious before choosing this hospital. In my experience, it felt highly commercialized, patient time was extremely limited, and there was heavy pressure for tests and treatment. Please do your own research, get second opinions, and seriously consider other options before coming here.
My grandfather was admitted to this hospital one week ago for bypass surgery. The doctors handled the surgery very carefully and professionally. They explained the condition and treatment clearly to our family. Nurses and staff took good care of him before and after surgery. The hospital environment was clean and well organized. We felt supported during a difficult time. Overall, we are satisfied with the treatment and care. I recommend this hospital for heart-related treatments.
