I was tested and told to get cataract operation for the right eye immediately n for left eye at a later stage. As such I got cataract operation to my right eye on September,22nd ,2025.and cured well. The hospital staff are very friendly,cooperative,in helping the patients,before n after operation. Doctor during the operation is also very helpful,suggestive ,encouraging n friendly. I am a Govt employee.I used EHS Card.the mitra staff office staff connected are all encouraging n cooperative. Especially sri Riyaz sir incharge of health cards is very cooperative ,encouraging n friendly.He leads the things to move positively. He is with great patience in handling the patients n co -staff. We have been under treatment here for an extended period for diabetic retinal issues. Despite repeated follow-ups, injections, and even escalation last year requiring travel to Hyderabad at our own expense, the condition has regressed back to square one. What has been most concerning is not just the medical outcome, but the lack of clear written communication explaining why the treatment did not deliver sustained improvement and what will be done differently now. A confirmed appointment was also missed, adding to delays. We are still awaiting a transparent, documented explanation and a concrete corrective plan. Patients and families dealing with serious retinal conditions deserve clarity, accountability, and timely coordination.
The overall staff was friendly and helpful, but the receptionist experience was disappointing. Her behavior came across as rude and unprofessional, which left a negative impression right from check-in. A smile and basic courtesy go a long way—hope this improves! .
We had a very good experience at Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital, Rajahmundry, for my father’s(RamaKrishnaRao) cataract surgery. Everything went well, and we are thankful to the doctor and staff for their excellent care. We also availed the Arogya Sree scheme, and thanks to the Arogya Sree team for their supportive and responsive throughout the process. Overall, we are very satisfied with the treatment.
