845 on GoogleVery bad any body not working properly I am very disappointed with my experience at Raju Neuro Hospital. The waiting time was extremely long even for serious health issues, and there was no proper communication from the staff about delays or procedures. The doctors and staff did not listen carefully to our concerns, and we felt that they were in a hurry rather than explaining the problem and treatment clearly. The billing process was also confusing, and it felt like the focus was more on money than on patient care. Overall, my family did not feel safe or respected here and we will not be visiting this hospital again.
Next time I will tell my doctor not to refer me there as TMT is test not good
The entire staff provided excellent service and compassionate care throughout my hospital stay, which made a significant difference in my recovery and overall experience. The doctors were highly attentive, explained every aspect of the treatment thoroughly, and patiently answered all my questions without hesitation. Nurses and support staff maintained a clean and hygienic environment, and their friendly, professional approach was evident at every step.
The pathetic part is staff celebrating birthday celebrations at mid of day and keeping patients wait while they celebrate eat samosa cakes cool drinks Hundreds of people waiting for 2d eco test Date : Oct 22 Room 25 , 2D echo I don’t think staff care for patients. There are elderly 70plus age and old ladies distressed waiting and no lunch at 1:30pm as they come at 10am or 11am etc No one wants to miss the a lot once paid . Hope staff shows some humanity It’s not wrong for birthday celebrations but not in mid of day and keep patients wait for hours . I will ask my doctor next time not to refer here .
