We recently visited Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital for my mother’s treatment of both eyes, under the care of Dr. Praveen. The overall experience has been excellent. The hospital is well-organized, equipped with modern facilities, and maintains a patient-friendly environment. Dr. Praveen is highly skilled, attentive, and compassionate. He explained the procedures clearly, addressed all our concerns with patience, and ensured my mother felt comfortable throughout the treatment. His expertise and gentle approach gave us great confidence. The hospital staff also deserve appreciation. They guided us at every step with kindness and efficiency, making the process smooth and stress-free. Overall, we are very satisfied with the care provided. The combination of advanced technology at Dr. Agarwal’s, the dedicated attention from Dr. Praveen, and the supportive staff makes it a trustworthy choice for eye care.
I have done my trans PRK lasic surgery Pros : I really had a good experience with dr.chandhini mam Very polite and answering all our doubts with atmost patience Cons : at my first and second visit, staffs were not very responsible in guidance, each time i had to ask for every detail for next process but staffs were friendly so it was fine and manageable Overall good hospital with good staffs and doctors. Thanks for taking good care of me as well.
We had an excellent experience. They diagnosed our 1-year-old’s condition accurately and took the right course of treatment with great care and professionalism. Chandini doctor was extremely patient, took the time to explain everything clearly, and ensured we were fully comfortable and informed throughout the process. Support staff are very courteous and organised.
I underwent the ICL procedure at Agarwal Eye Hospital, and the results have been excellent. It has given me clear vision without the need for glasses, which has made a significant difference in my daily and academic life. As a medical student, I was particularly impressed by the professionalism, precision, and quality of care throughout the process. It was a fantastic experience. Getting two cataract surgeries done on two consecutive days on both eyes was a breeze!! Dr Praveen Dhanabal was very patient when questions were fired at him. Of course did not feel an iota of pain during the surgery.Many of our relations and friends could not believe it when we told them. The entire team at Agarwal’s Eye Hospital in RS Puram are a dedicated lot. Special mention should be made of Julie who was most patient and most helpful. I would recommend this Eye Hospital to anyone any day.!!! Wish all of them all the best
