Doctor and staff is good. Consulation fee 800rs visit again within 15 days then fees is 500. But after 15 days it's again 800.

I visited this clinic on June 4, 2024, and had a very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I went there for an eye checkup, and the reception informed me that the fee was Rs 800, with an additional Rs 500 fee for a follow-up within 15 days. After the checkup, they asked me to return the next day for my prescription. When I went back on June 5 and asked for my prescription, they requested payment again. I was surprised and argued that I was there as instructed. The doctor then came out, displaying an arrogant attitude, and said there must have been a misunderstanding. He added that he could refund my money if I wanted. I was shocked by this poor customer service. I took my money back and left. I would not recommend anyone visit this clinic.

Docter is very very money minded and even the staff is very rude and have zero knowledge about their own things. I booked the eye checkup for my daughter. On 1st day he diluted the eyes and send back to me and asked me to come next day for the eye number. when i went next day, they asked me to pay 500 rupees so that they can give the eye number. there are lots an lots of other eye hospitals and doctors far better than this agarwaal docter. he is very money minded and zero knowledge. Please dont go at his clinic.

Me and my wife always go to this place for eye test. no doubt the sir who conducts the test is amazing . however, this time when they asked us to dilute our eyes and the test will take 2 days to complete like you have dilate today and get a checkup today then later you have to revisit tomorrow. we got the tests done (irrespective of the money which i will mention as when it comes to health i do not think monetarily). on being tested for 2nd day we went home and later both of us got a serious eye infection when complained to them, they asked us to just put a eye drop and wait for it to get better. when it didnt got better for 10 days we called to get ourselves checked and they told us the doctors are not available as they are out of india for some training or whatever. it has been 3/4 months still i have irritation in my eye. i am really disappointed since they are the ones who operated my eye in my childhood.
