They do not have an ICU, and in a critical or emergency situation, they will tell you to "go to a higher hospital." If they know they can’t handle serious cases, why not inform people beforehand? Why wait until it's too late? For the safety and proper treatment of your loved ones, I strongly suggest that you go directly to a hospital that is fully equipped—especially one with an ICU. Please avoid this hospital. My experience was painful, and I don't want others to go through the same.
I had a very positive experience about moral hospital's Dr Neeraj Jain physician, an exceptional doctor — very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He listens carefully, explains everything in simple terms, and gives the best possible treatment. His calm and reassuring nature really helps patients feel comfortable and confident. Dr. U.P. Singh (Orthopedic) is also highly skilled and experienced. His diagnosis was accurate, and his treatment plan was very effective. He takes time to understand the problem thoroughly and provides the right guidance for quick recovery. The staff at Moral Hospital were also cooperative, and the overall experience was smooth and professional. Highly recommend Dr. Neeraj Jain and Dr. U.P. I recently had a very good experience at Moral Hospital. The overall service of the hospital is excellent. The hospital is clean, well-managed, and the entire staff is very supportive and polite.
