I was charged ₹3000 for a simple dressing procedure that lasted approximately 15 minutes. The hospital staff claimed that this amount covered nursing charges, the surgeon’s fee, and stretcher charges. This justification is unreasonable, misleading, and lacks transparency, and it appears to constitute overcharging. Charging such a high amount for a brief and routine procedure places unnecessary financial and mental stress on patients and their families. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and ethical conduct displayed. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone seeking honest, transparent, and stress-free medical care.

Only money focused hospital saying different fees to everyone took 2,500 from me as consultation fees next day I called then he said 1200 and then 1500 how can we trust that the diagnosis and treatment they are providing is right and not for money. When the receptionist named "Chanchal" said 2500 of consultation fees i re confirmed this from her and again she said the same even after consulting the doctor I asked her again about the next consultation fees and again she mentioned the same fee.

Very good hospital. Doctors, nurses, guards, accounts and reception dept are so frank and coperative. Dr Shalini Tiwari is very humble person, who delivered my baby. Under her guidance and treatment thankfully I'm good and normal right now. Thank you Surya team.
