Dr. Goyals Path Lab & Imaging Centre

It is one of the worst Diagnostics center I have encountered. We have done 3 times USG here and everytime the staff is very rude and non caring, and no understanding on time keeping even after making prior appointments they delay by hours. This place should include more machines, create a digital tracking system to inform clients of expected times. One small girl was on her period and holding her pee while they couldnt give her clarity to how much time it will take!

I had a very disappointing experience at this path lab. The hygiene levels are extremely poor, and the overall cleanliness of the space is far below acceptable standards. The management clearly lacks proper oversight and professionalism. What makes it worse is that their charges are similar to other reputed labs, but the services provided are nowhere near the same standard. We only came here because it was recommended by the doctor’s office, but based on this experience, I will definitely not be visiting again.

My wife and I underwent a health check-up at Goyal Path Lab. The staff behavior was very good, and everyone was cooperative and supportive throughout the process. Special appreciation to the sonography staff, Manish Kumawat, and Sapna for their professionalism and helpful attitude. Overall, it was a very good experience.
