had a very disappointing experience with Okay Diagnostic Lab. The staff showed a highly unprofessional attitude from the moment I walked in. Instead of being helpful, they were rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting patients. What was even more concerning was their lack of basic knowledge about government health schemes. When asked about eligibility and procedures, the staff appeared confused and gave incorrect or vague information, which is unacceptable for a diagnostic center dealing with patients who rely on such schemes. Healthcare facilities should prioritize professionalism, empathy, and proper guidance, but unfortunately this lab fails on all these fronts. The staff behavior was impolite and uncooperative, making the entire experience stressful. I strongly suggest the management train their staff properly in patient communication and government healthcare policies. Until significant improvements are made, I would not recommend this diagnostic lab to anyone.

I met Dr Preeti at okay regarding my fathers biopsy and she explained the whole process very thouroughly and in a detailed manner. Even while doing the biopsy she was very kind and gentle to the patient so that the patient doesnt feels any panic. Also as per my knowledge she is trained in mumbai so she has a very different approach towards patients as compared to other doctors in jaipur. Thanks Dr preeti.. Okay is highly recommended

I visited Okay Diagnostic for my father’s CT Angiography. Overall, the experience was satisfactory. The staff was polite and helpful, and they guided us well through the process. The facility was clean and organized, which made us feel comfortable

The worst ever experience. No one is picking the call. And after continuous efforts they picked the call after 6 hours and still no satisfactory response. Don't know why Doctors are referring and insisting for this centre only, whether it's commission or something else. Strongly recommend, please avoid visiting this centre.

I went for my relative’s angiography I was informed that the report would be given at 11:00, but then it was delayed to 11:30, then 12:30, and finally I received it at 3:00 PM. Such delays are very inconvenient and disappointing. I request you to kindly look into this matter and improve the reporting service.
