This is by far the worst, most dishonest hospital I have ever stepped into. It operates on lies and manipulation. I consulted Dr. Radhika from the beginning of my pregnancy and trusted this hospital with something as important as childbirth. Before delivery, we discussed insurance with their so-called “insurance officer.” She very clearly told us that Star Health cashless wasn’t available and that we could simply pay first and get reimbursed later. Not once did she mention the most critical fact this hospital is BLACKLISTED by Star Health Insurance. We asked her again and again if we would get the claim. She looked us in the eye and lied, confidently assuring us that reimbursement would be done within a month. Based on her false promises, we went ahead with the delivery and paid a massive ₹1,11,000 After submitting all documents through the hospital, Star Health rejected the claim because the hospital is blacklisted something the insurance officer conveniently hid from us. Her negligence, misguidance, and outright deception have cost us ₹1,11,000 with zero reimbursement. This is not a mistake. This is unethical, irresponsible, and cruel. The hospital had a duty to provide accurate information, and they failed miserably, leaving us with severe financial loss and emotional stress. I strongly warn everyone: Do NOT trust this hospital’s insurance guidance. They will mislead you without hesitation. Verify every single detail yourself, or you may end up facing the same financial disaster we did. And the most frustrating part? They proudly display Star Health Insurance as the very first name on their board of “accepted coverages.” They advertise it loudly outside to lure patients in but behind the scenes, they hide the fact that they are actually blacklisted by the same company. The hypocrisy is unbelievable. They use the insurance company’s name to gain trust, but when it comes to taking responsibility, they shrug it off and leave patients to suffer the consequences.

Dear Radhika Hospital Management, Gopalapatnam, I am writing to formally complain about my recent admission at your hospital, during which I encountered significant issues with insurance handling, room facilities, and billing practices. As a patient seeking reliable care, I was deeply disappointed by these shortcomings. Upon admission, I specifically inquired about insurance coverage for my treatment, but was informed it was not applicable. This advice appears incorrect based on my policy details, leading to unnecessary financial burden and confusion. I urge you to review your staff’s knowledge of insurance policies to prevent misleading patients in the future. Additionally, the rooms were substandard: outdated with peeling paint, non-functional air conditioning causing discomfort throughout the night, and unclean bathrooms featuring mold on tiles and stained linens. Shared wards lacked privacy due to thin curtains and were disrupted by constant noise from faulty equipment, compromising patient safety and comfort. The billing process further exacerbated the situation. Ms. Mallika, the billing manager, was unhelpful and confrontational when I questioned surprise charges for tests that were not performed. Despite my full insurance coverage, incorrect copays were applied, and requests for itemized breakdowns or insurance verification were denied. Multiple follow-up calls resulted only in departmental finger-pointing, delaying resolution for weeks and eroding all trust in your services.

Admitted my mother in radhika hospital at Gopalapatnam for knee replacement surgery on 11th Sep25, Dr.Nagabhusanam garu is surgeon , he operated both knees and now my mother successfully walking with a walker, I hope she will recover fast and do well.. special thanks to Dr.Manoj garu and supporting staff.

Excellent medical facilities and services , maintained cleanliness n very hygiene. The staff nurses is very polite and makes comfortable. One of the best hospital which actually cares for their patients and provide the best-in-class hospitality. Dr. Radhika mam is expert in handling gynec cases .and Dr.ranjitha mam is motivated that helps fast progress to deliver and fast recovery too...
