My husband was kidney failure from last 3years taking treatment.From last 4 months he was taking treatment in this hospital under Dr. ramya madam and RK mahesh sir who's is caring and friendly doctors . The hospitalprovided an app called afford plan. Which is so usefull to us in every bill like opd/Lab/Medicine which I asked so much of amount thank you kims icon and afford plan

Dear KIMS ICON Hospital Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the experience my mother had today during her consultation with Dr. P. Satish Kumar, Senior Orthopedic Doctor. My mother has been suffering from severe foot and heel pain and had an appointment with Dr. Satish Kumar. I have full respect for his profession and experience. However, his behavior during the consultation was extremely impatient and distressing for my mother. For the past 2-3 Saturdays, we were unable to secure his appointment as we were informed that the doctor was on leave. After waiting, we finally booked an appointment for today, and my mother visited the hospital with the hope of finding relief. As patients, we expect doctors to listen patiently while concerns are being explained. Unfortunately, my mother was spoken to harshly and was told not to repeat herself, despite the fact that she was explaining that the previously prescribed medication had not relieved her pain. When she mentioned that the pain still existed, she was questioned about “switching doctors frequently,” without being given an opportunity to explain. To clarify, my mother suffers from arthritis and is under the care of a rheumatologist. During her consultation, she also mentioned her heel pain, for which the rheumatologist clearly identified it as an orthopedic issue and referred her to Dr. Satish Kumar. That is the sole reason we consulted him a month ago. Since the treatment did not relieve her pain, we returned for a follow-up. Under these circumstances, being told to go back to your rheumatologist and being accused of switching doctors was upsetting and unfair. We traveled a long distance and paid for the consultation seeking treatment and guidance not to be spoken to harshly. Given the doctor’s seniority and experience, we expected empathy, patience, and professional communication. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations and was deeply disappointing, especially from a reputed hospital like KIMS ICON. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that patients are treated with dignity and understanding. Highly disappointed.

Doctor Service by — Dr. Vooda Manasa (Neuro) is very precise. Extremely happy. Great Thanks to Dr. Manasa. Excellent care taken by Nurse: Sangeetha, Jhansi. Overall Hospital care is prompt with tidiness.
