Right from the reception counter to the primary eye check up , scan department, Operation theatre are fully well trained and courteous. The premices is very neet , clean. and heiginic . Above all Dr Madhu is well versatile and skilled opthalmologist in Visakhapatnam.

I don’t like the hospitality of the doctor Madhu. And another doctor Shanthi. They don’t even have basic respective behaviour. Just built buildings but didn’t have the basic behaviour about how to treat guests… too worst and only commercial minded. This is out of hurt and direct experience not just a hatred. But it’s also true that they done event respect their staff.
Great hospital with state of the art technology. Highly recommend this hospital for the great doctors and facilities. My mother-in-law had her cataract surgery at Vision Tree by Dr Madhu. The service was first class from start to finish. Dr Madhu was very personable and clearly explained the surgery and clarified our questions. We were very comfortable and confident to go ahead with the operation. The hospital is new, very clean and well maintained. Hospital staff are well trained, polite and responsive. Fees are very reasonable. Above all, the hospital processes are streamlined to enable a smooth and stress free patient journey. Well done to the hospital team for great all round care and service they provide. 👏🏽👏🏽
