19 on GoogleI don’t like the hospitality of the doctor Madhu. And another doctor Shanthi. They don’t even have basic respective behaviour. Just built buildings but didn’t have the basic behaviour about how to treat guests… too worst and only commercial minded. This is out of hurt and direct experience not just a hatred. But it’s also true that they done event respect their staff.
I recently visited your hospital and would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. While the ambiance of the hospital was clean and comfortable, I was concerned about the delay in the availability of the doctor. Although we arrived early and completed the preliminary checks, we had to wait until 11:00 AM for the doctor’s consultation. This delay was quite inconvenient, especially considering that many other hospitals ensure doctor availability from as early as 9:30 AM. I hope you will consider adjusting the morning consultation schedule to reduce patient waiting times and align with general expectations.
I had been to Vision tree hospital @ Visakhapatnam for my cataract operation. , Dr Madhu and his team renders good service to the patients. Right from the reception counter to the primary eye check up , scan department, Operation theatre are fully well trained and courteous. The premices is very neet , clean. and heiginic . Above all Dr Madhu is well versatile and skilled opthalmologist in Visakhapatnam.
