Prasad Rao, known as Kabaddi Rao (Dronacharya Awardee) have been visiting Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital at Visakhapatnam since 2014 for my retina dislocation operation and it's regular check up, care & medication under the guidance and supervision of Dr. James K Adam, Head of the Agarwal Eye Hospital, Visakhapatnam Recently my wife, Mythreyee & I got operated for cataract at Dr. Agarwal Hospital Visakhapatnam . We were very impressed by the meticulous procedure & excellent after care by Dr. Ramya Seetham Raju and Dr. James K Adam. Thank you Dr. Agarwals for the painless & excellent treatment and care. Within 3 days of the cataract surgeries both my wife & I feel very comfortable and our eyesight has improved beyond our expectations for which we are very grateful. Kudos to every member of the Hospital staff including councilor Ms. Triveni for their dedication, positivity, support and motivation God bless Dr. Agarwals. May you continue your good work for the benefit of the society 🙏🙏

Had a pleasant experience when compared to the last visit which was 2 years back. Lot of improvement observed in way of treating people and staff behaviour. Had great experience with Dr. James Subrat Kumar Adams. Sharing the contact number to the patient creates a personal touch which is appreciable. Also getting the detailed updates through WhatsApp is another thing which I like Only 1 thing which I wanted to mention is the waiting time, which is too long. It took 3 hours to meet the doctor even though the patients were less. More or less you need to spend half a day for the consultation.

It was a very pleasant experience for me.I had my Lasik surgery here. Everything went smooth. Staff was so good to us especially Hymawathi Madam who guided us throughout the entire procedure.

This was our first visit to Dr. Agarwal’s Hospital for my father. Previously, we used to consult at Smartvision Hospital but unfortunately Dr. Shyamala Rao is no more so we visited Dr. Agarwal’s Hospital instead. However, the process here is very complicated. Patients are required to move across multiple floors, and the waiting time was almost two hours despite having a prior appointment. This is especially difficult for patients with diabetes or those who cannot wait for long periods. Therefore, we request you to please suggest or choose an alternative hospital with a more patient-friendly and efficient process.

Recently I did trans PRK for my eyes with dr James Adams. They took great care of me and explained everything very clearly and gave very clear instructions for aftercare and I just blindly followed the instructions. I didn’t even get any pain after the surgery. Thank you so much for each and everyone from dr Agarwals hospital team.
