Drishti The Vision an Advanced Eye Care Centre

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the management of The Perfect Sight Private Limited, Rohini Sector-8. As per the official notice board displayed at the hospital, the morning OPD timings are clearly mentioned as 9:30 AM. However, I have observed that the doctor (Dr. Ashwani Kumar) does not arrive until 10:30 AM. It is highly unprofessional to keep patients waiting for over an hour, especially when many come from far away or are elderly. If the actual availability of the doctor is from 10:30 AM, the information on the board should be corrected immediately to avoid misleading the public and wasting their time. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures punctuality or updates their displayed timings.

Highly professional and thorough eye examination. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently. The clinic is well-equipped with advanced testing machines. Strongly recommended for anyone looking for reliable eye care!"

Dear Dr. Ashwani kumar hospital team I want to share my feedback following my LASIK laser surgery at your hospital . From beginning , the entire experience was professional and reassuring . The Pre surgery consultation helped me understand the procedure clearly, and all my questions were answered with patience and care. The surgical process it self was smooth ,and I felt comfortable throughout .your team's expertise , kindness and attention to detail made a bid diffrence in reducing my anxiety I had before the procedure . Since the surgery ,I am very happy with the result - my vision has improved significantly ,and I am already noticing a reduced dependence on glasses . Thank you to Dr.( Ashwani sir)and the entire staff for your dedication and excellent care.I truly appreciate the effort put into making this a positive experience. Warm regards ,

Reception handling is weak and slow. Girls sitting there takes too much time and even fight with each other and waste ample amount of time just to register and take payment, so slow. Opens at 9:30 but 1st doctor who is available at 10:30, doens't make sense

The service is absolutely best. The staff interact with patients very pleasingly. The Dr. Ashwin Kumar is very gentle and polite. Wonderful experience. Recommend for best treat to your eyes.
