This is a third-class hospital with very poor services. After the cataract surgery, severe ear pain started, which appears to be due to improper treatment and care and one one care about that. 1) They do not have adequate staff to properly treat patients. 2) Dr. Babar P. Khan performed the surgery, but he was not available afterward for follow-up consultation or review. 3) The alternate doctor, Premanand Kumar Singh, does not have proper communication skills and does not speak to patients appropriately. 4) The medicines provided are not recognizable. It is unclear which brands are being used for patients.

Worst hospital I have ever visit. They didn't even do basic check up properly and charge me 570 .they even tried to make me fool about doctor.I 'm sure that wasn't doctor,he was one of the staff members. When I asked the name of Docter the guy which is at the reception said I am new So I don't know the name of docter.such foolish staff was in that hospital. I recommend visit other one bcz they wasted my time nd money and and don't go for 5 stars in reviews.

Extremely disappointed with Eye-Q’s handling of my ICL surgery and insurance commitment. My surgery was scheduled for 10 January, all pre-surgery tests including Pentacam and barrage laser were completed on time, yet there has been no confirmed surgery date even till 28 January. Adding to the inconvenience, earlier I was informed that health insurance would be provided, but now I am being told that only ₹30,000 can be approved, without any clear explanation. This change was never communicated upfront.(Basically this was their excuse when they didn't managed to order lens) Delays, lack of transparency, and changing commitments have caused unnecessary stress. This is not the level of professionalism expected from a reputed eye care hospital. I request the management to urgently review this matter and provide clear communication. This is the matter of Juhi kalan branch, Kanpur

I went to Eye Q Hospital today for an eye check-up. They charged me ₹570, but the check-up was not done properly. They only put one eye drop and asked me to read A, B, C, and D from the chart. At first, the check-up was not done by a doctor. When I complained, they said that since my problem was not serious, a proper check-up was not needed. After I asked again, they did some checking. Their advertisements were showing that eye check-ups are completely free from 26th to 31st, but still they took money from me. Later, they said that the free check-up was only for lucky draw people. This was a complete lie. When I asked the receptionist for the doctor’s name, she did not tell me. It felt like they were hiding the name so that I could not raise a complaint. She said she was new and did not know the doctor’s name. Inside the OPD, there was no doctor, only a compounder. Overall, I had a very bad experience. These people are just looting money and not giving proper eye check-ups.

My experience with this hospital is good but having one issue. In his hospital pharmacist charged me 570 rupees for eye drop and send me bill of 561 rupees in my WhatsApp. That's not fair😒.
