Overall good but one thing weird i feel that if you go there to consult with Dr Neha and she says check with Dr Manish or vice versa, you have to pay to both the doctors separately on the same day. Its like because one doctor is unable to consult properly, then also he takes fee and then ask you to go for other and pay again. Hope they should think about this.
Poor management delayed process total waste time. First suggestion is the speed up things your receptionist are taking more than 15 minutes in opening new file . Dont take appointment because it is total waste they take that much time whatever they want to take. Behaviour 1.5/10 Dr has to think about this type of management.
it is just a good experience but you have to change one thing related to appointment because the pateint take the appointmen at 12pm though he has to wait till 4 pm, according to my opinion this is not good rest all the things are perfect , staffs are supporting.
