Flores Hospital A Unit Of Mridula Health Care

I had a truly excellent experience at Flores hospital. From the moment we entered, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very attentive. The doctors here are highly knowledgeable and take time to explain every detail with patience and care. The nursing staff is kind, supportive, and always ready to help at any hour.

I had an awful experience at Flores Hospital last night. It was extremely disappointing to see mosquitoes inside the emergency room. This is a serious hygiene concern, especially in a medical facility where infection control should be a top priority. What made it worse was the extremely casual attitude of the doctors on night duty. In an emergency setting, patients expect urgency, attentiveness and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves hygiene standards and staff responsiveness. Patients come to a hospital during vulnerable moments. The least they deserve is proper care and a clean environment.

My father underwent elbow surgery at this hospital, and our experience was excellent. The nursing staff was very caring, cooperative, and always ready to help. A big thank you to Dr. Gaurav Gupta and Dr. Rizwan Khan for such a successful surgery. Both doctors were very humble, friendly, and explained everything clearly. We felt comfortable and confident throughout the treatment. 🙂

The ICU staff is very good. Our grandmother was admitted and was taken very good care of. She recovered very quickly due to very good care. The staff is very friendly towards her condition. They handle the pain and talk to her. Thank you.

Very disappointing experience. The hospital seriously lacks professionalism. The cleaning staff does not maintain proper hygiene, especially in critical areas. The nurses in the ICU were careless, unresponsive, and showed no empathy toward patients or attendants. The TIL employee was rude and uncooperative, with no sense of responsibility. For a hospital, cleanliness, care, and respectful behavior are the bare minimum—and sadly, this place fails on all three. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.
