I recently visited Le Crest Hospital, and my experience was very positive. The hospital is clean, well-maintained, and follows proper hygiene protocols, which immediately put me at ease. The doctors were knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain my condition and treatment options clearly. The nursing staff was polite and supportive, making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The administrative process was smooth, with minimal waiting time for registration and billing. I had a wonderful experience with the front office staff. They were extremely professional, polite, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with clear communication and a friendly attitude that immediately made me feel comfortable. The team was very attentive, patiently answering all my questions and guiding me through the required procedures. Their prompt assistance and warm demeanor reflect a high level of customer service. Overall, the front office staff made my visit pleasant and stress-free. I truly appreciate their effort and dedication and would highly recommend their service to other. I visited this hospital in an emergency due to extreme dehydration, an infection, and a severe headache. They administered IV fluids and a few injections — typically, after such treatment, you're supposed to rest and gradually feel better. However, the environment made that impossible. With intense headaches, light and sound can become unbearable. Unfortunately, the emergency ward was extremely noisy. The staff — around 5 to 6 people — were loudly chatting and laughing about things completely unrelated to work, like lipsticks and personal topics. When I politely asked them to lower their voices, one of them responded, “The patient wants to sleep kyaa?” And still continued. Even basic procedures like inserting and removing the cannula were done roughly, with no care or gentleness. The entire experience was distressing and unprofessional. This was honestly a horrible experience. In case of emergencies, I would strongly recommend considering other nearby hospitals. Le-Crest should not be your choice — the staff's behavior was unacceptable and the environment far from what you’d expect in a medical emergency setting.
