I had an ultrasound at Focus Path Lab last Sunday and had a very good experience. The staff on the first floor were polite, calm, and helpful. Special thanks to Dr. Rohan Agrawal for his humble nature and for listening carefully to my concerns. The report was accurate and delivered on time. I have gone through the reviews, and it appears that most concerns relate to unprofessional staff behaviour. The responses from the team also seem generic and repetitive( looks more like a chat-gpt assisted replies), which does not inspire confidence. I understand that the concerned department may be addressing these issues, but the overall feedback has made me hesitant. I was considering getting some tests done for my parents, but before proceeding, I would appreciate a clear and genuine confirmation regarding the current service standards at this lab. Could someone please share an honest and recent experience so I can make an informed decision?
