Dear Hospital Administration, I would like to bring to your attention the unprofessional behaviour of some staff members in the Gynae Ward at Gangasheel Hospital. The ward staff were rude and discourteous towards patients and attendants. Additionally, the waiting area sofas, which are meant for patients and their family members, were being reserved and occupied by staff members for their personal use, causing inconvenience to visitors who were waiting for long periods. Such behaviour negatively affects the patient experience and does not reflect the standards expected from a reputed hospital. I request the hospital management to investigate this matter and take appropriate corrective action to ensure courteous behaviour by staff and proper use of patient waiting facilities.

This hospital offers decent medical care, and the doctors are generally courteous. 🧑‍⚕️ However, there are issues with parking 🅿️ and excessively long queues. ⏳ I believe increasing staff could help improve efficiency. 🏥

My father suresh pal singh is going home today and I want to review my experience in the hospital I availed private room for my father treatment, and I see the room service and nursing staff is very helpful and cooperative. Room is very comfortable with every facilities. Clean bathroom properly maintained. I'm very much happy that i choose gangasheel hospital for my father. Dr nishant gupta give best treatment.

Went for my mother’s lump removal surgery which was supposed to be sent for biopsy but the staff misplaced the sample and were acting as if it is a very small mistake, it was very disturbing to see how casual the staff is. The staff is totally incompetent.Don’t know how treatment will proceed further as sample cannot be taken again.

We have been to many hospitals before coming to Gangasheel hospital every where we went they said we can't give her appropriate treatment take her to some other hospital. But at Gangasheel hospital my sister got amazing treatment. She had liquid in her brain and Dr. Shah Faisal was taking care of her after, after looking at her condition doctor suggested for CT and MRI to give her the best treatment possible. My sister will soon get a discharge as doctor is seeing quite a good improvement. Thank you Gangasheel hospital and staff.
