Last week I visited for the MRI of my Cervical Spine to this centre. This is the best diagnostic centre I ever visited. The staff is best and having good knowledge & also very polite and supportive. They explained us everything in details. I recommend it to everyone...
Worse staff in evening time for ultrasound .it's like staff doing a kind of favour by doing work. After making the payment we waited for 50 mins, and in this 50 mins only 5 patient were done. No management a lot. Sasta staff with no training.
I had such a terrible experience. After arriving at Fusion, the wait for the first USG was so long. The second USG was not properly serviced and they charged more for the color Doppler USG, but they didn't explain it to me, and they didn't even let me see it; they just arranged for a waiting period. Thirdly, the reception staff was very rude and unprofessional. They took a long time to provide the test and USG, and they didn't even explain what was wrong with them. I spent the entire day waiting. I will never come here again. The staff here are professionally hired and they even mistreated me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
