Very poor and frustrating experience. Cleanliness was not maintained at all. Blood sample was taken in a common area with just a cloth partition, while dusting was going on nearby, which is unhygienic. Staff was unprofessional, no gloves or proper sanitization was used. Even small labs offer much better hygiene. Would not recommend.
Giving fake reports, I took my mother to Ayodhya Chowk centre, It has shown kidney stone in right kidney, and left kidney normal. But the real actual stone was in left kidney and no stone in right kidney. It is giving false and fake reports and not even accepting the fake reports
The IVR asked to press 20 for rates, the lady picking up the phone has no idea and indeed asking kitne ka hai? Hamara kaam sirf test karna hai jo kahoge, seriously? Aapka kaam information dena hai jiskee salary miltee hai, test karne wale apna kaam kar rahein hai. Then these people cry that AI is eating their jobs. I asked if this needs to be empty stomach or can be done at anytime? She doesn't know and asking whatever doctor has said (They do but staff should be knowing it as well, what if I don't remember?). Even the lalpath's customer care people know the usual routine to do a test. Visit Ganesh Lab in Sector-8 (We are not associated with any lab) slight far but better staff. In long run, Gagan Pathlab would be at complete loss if continue running like this. Just one proper lab in vicnity and they will be out of business. A business needs continuous improvement and they are not doing charity.
Good experience in terms of attending and timely reports were handed over. I was free with in half day from collection of samples to receiving of reports.
The experience is very good i went here for the first time they treat me very well and the hospital is very neat and clean go for it!!!
