⭐ 1 Star Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a very frustrating experience at this medical testing lab while trying to get a Level 2 ultrasound done. Even after submitting the full fee, I had to visit the lab on two different occasions, and both times the ultrasound was not conducted due to child position inside womb. When I requested a refund, they delayed the process, saying a particular staff member needed to come to cancel the entry. Is the patient supposed to wait indefinitely for one specific person? Is there no contingency plan? Does everything depend on a single individual? This reflects very poor management and coordination. The behavior of the ultrasound lab operator (a lady) and the male doctor was extremely rude. Initially, they informed us that the baby’s position was “reverse.” When we politely asked for more clarity, instead of explaining properly, they rudely asked us to leave. Are patients not allowed to ask basic clarifying questions? Is this how you treat someone who has paid for your services? Having technical knowledge of operating an ultrasound machine does not make you superior. Basic human decency, empathy, and respectful communication are equally important especially in healthcare. Patients are already anxious, particularly during pregnancy. The least expected is polite and clear communication. I sincerely request other patients: if you are paying and expecting professional and respectful service, this is not the place for you. They collect money quickly but leave patients stranded, confused, and waiting without proper information. Very disappointing experience.

Lady doctor does not provide ultrasound, the cost is too high, you will get better service in government hospital. Very poor experience. I came here with my mother for an ultrasound. The hospital staff made us wait for more than 3 hours just for the ultrasound, and after that they said the report will come after 1.5 hours. Ultrasound patients are usually asked to come on an empty stomach, and my mother had been hungry since morning. It was already 2 PM, yet the hospital staff showed no concern for the patient’s condition. Hospitals should understand patients’ situations instead of making them wait unnecessarily. Very disappointing service and poor management.

It was a very bad experience here. Neither the way of talking to the employees nor the doctors here is right. They make the patients sit and try to become their gods and live according to their wishes. When the doctor feels like it, he goes out to drink tea. When the doctor feels like it, he goes out to talk on the phone. The service here is terrible.

Very bad experience at Must & More Diagnostic Centre, Rohini. We came here for a Cardiac MRI. The MRI machine is very old and extremely noisy, and after the scan, the patient’s health became worse. Staff member initially promised the report in 2 hours, then changed it to next day evening, then asked us to come again and again. We waited from 2 PM till 8:30 PM, but still no report was given. Staff Pram Sagar behavior was rude and unprofessional, and they kept changing their statements. They even said they needed to study patient history again, which was already done before the MRI. This was a very stressful and disappointing experience, especially for a critical heart test. Not recommended.
