My mother underwent a hysterectomy surgery at Care Hospital, and she had a very positive experience with the service and hospitality. Dr. Alka Bhargava and Dr. Neha Bhargava treatment was extremely beneficial and reassuring throughout the process. The staff members—Dr. Mansi, Nurse Pushpa, Snehal, Manisha, Smita Ma’am, Deepali and Sheetal—were very caring, supportive, and sweet. Overall, my mother had a great experience. The moment insurance documents were produced, the "estimate" vanished. We were discharged at ₹2.5 Lakh—a staggering 60% markup over the initial quote. ​The "Sugar" Premium: I compared a simple blood sugar test here versus the pathology lab directly across the street. The hospital charged 7x the market rate. Apparently, their glucose strips are plated in gold. ​Ghost Consultations: In a truly ridiculous display of billing, a relative was charged twice for "Consultant Visits" for a doctor who never once stepped foot in the room. ### The Hidden "Nickle-and-Dime" Strategy: The lack of transparency is systemic. Expect to be billed separately for: ​Twin-sharing visit charges: ₹4,000 (just to see the patient). ​Basic meals: ₹530 (fine-dining prices for hospital food). ​Mandatory Attender Passes: Because apparently, supporting your family is a premium feature. ​The Verdict: If you are on a budget, look elsewhere. Nagpur’s medical industry is rapidly adopting "Metro City" greed without the "Metro City" accountability. Discuss a "Fixed Package" or go to a hospital that respects your wallet.

I had a very good experience at Care Hospital. The hospital environment is clean and well-maintained, and the entire staff is extremely kind, supportive, and cooperative.
