This hospital is a perfect example of how to take a huge amount of money while delivering shockingly poor service. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. Despite charging outrageous fees, the quality of care was nowhere near acceptable. Long waiting times, zero communication, and staff who seemed either overworked or completely uninterested in helping patients. Simple questions were ignored, explanations were rushed or nonexistent, and basic courtesy was clearly not a priority. Billing is another nightmare. They are extremely efficient at collecting money, but when it comes to explaining charges or correcting mistakes, suddenly no one knows anything. Hidden fees, unclear invoices, and no accountability whatsoever. You’re treated like a wallet, not a human being. Cleanliness and organization were also disappointing for a place that claims to provide “quality healthcare.” For the prices they charge, patients deserve far better facilities, better management, and staff who actually care. Healthcare is about trust, compassion, and professionalism — and this hospital fails on all three. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before coming here. There are many better options where patients are treated with respect and not just seen as a source of income

My mother is admitted these days in this hospital...my father was in railway...we got referal to this hospital... my colleagues and friends was saying medanta and max is the best through empanelled list by the railways... but NR hospital suggested me that its the best hospital.. My mother has carcinoma Cervix in lower part of uterus... We are under care of Dr Vaibhav Srivastava Sir has very nice nature He is taking care of my mother.. very nicely I hope i will get he best medication and treatment. Thanks Nitin Mishra Event planner

Worst hospital, will not recommend anyone to go there. They are just concern about your money and want that patient stay in hospital. My mother have the serious stomach problem but they don't much to improve it and in just 30hrs of admission they made the bill of almost rs 50000. After that I understand they just want to have money i asked them to discharge my mother and I take her to other hospital. If I get change to rate this in -ve then do that. Also she admitted under Dr. Deepak Agrawal but he did make a single visit to she the progress. And in the bill 3200rs were added in his name only. Do don't waste your money and time. Just go for other options. This not a hospital, this is a corporate hospital

Went with an emergency, the staff took 10 minutes to bring the stretcher . The doctor, nurses , staffs were very uncooperative . They are not doing job of saving lifes they are just running a business of making money. They were not discussing about the treatment and forcing us to put our patient Direct on ventilator, when there were many other ways to treat the patient. Again and again they were only saying " deposit a sum of 80,000/- , otherwise we will not even give the oxygen to patient" and they too removed the oxygen pipe from the patient, when the patient was unable to breath by her own Really disappointing, never suggest anyone to visit there
