This is probably the worst lab in Lucknow when it comes to services. I called them on the 9th for blood sample collection on someone’s recommendation, and till date I have not received the report, despite giving several reminders. Their services are extremely poor.
Extremely good staff and fast service. Reports are sent via WhatsApp, and could be collected as a hard copy at the centre too. Mostly empty stomach tests are performed, but some tests require intake of food. Post 2 hrs of food, some tests are performed. But if you are short of time, you could visit a center near to your house as well for the remaining ones.

Customer service not up to the mark. Proper social distancing is not followed. As it's the center for COVID 19 test so it should strictly follow the instructions. There is a lot of issue in parking the vehicle as they don't have parking space and the road in front is also very narrow.
This is about their COVID-19 testing. It was a very pleasant experience. I got there around 9:30 AM. It was not crowded. They gave you 2-3 forms to fill out. Must have a copy of the Aadhaar card and the pen. The fee is Rs 900. You return the filled out forms with the fee. They give a receipt plus a bar-code label. You go in the back room and the person takes your bar-code label and takes sample from your mouth and nose. It was not painful. That’s it. I checked the online report at night and it was ready around 9:40 PM. The WhatsApp message also came next morning with the attached report. Good job RML Lab👍
