Greencross Genetics Lab PVT LTD

Ever since my October 2020 when I was been detected with COVID Positive, green cross and it’s technician Mr Parth Amin who was frequently coming to collect my blood samples as well to conduct my RTPCR reports was very positive with his approach and the way he was trying to boost my mental state of mind while I was COVID positive felt like he was a part of my family. Anytime any technician who has come have always remained very cordial and jovial in-spite of they knowing of me being positive there are chances of they getting infected by me

Laboratory should work upon improving its call-center service and CRM software. No centralized customer care number, No centralized functions, No response on its board line number... well done Green Cross.

I request the Doctor Umang Patel who is operating this lab to look at the staff and how they are operating on ground. The person came for Covid test asked if I am doing it for Travel purpose. I said so he had barely touched the sample stick to outer part of nostril area and just my tongue for a second only. He didn't care to take sample of deep nostril or throat. He asked 550 rupees. I had booked covid test appointment via CNH care The test was free for my organization. However this person (Sikandar Desai) got angry and started arguing even after showing at details. Bad.

Very bad experience wid dis lab. I had called for covid tests for my whole family (4 persons) at my home. I asked the rate, the person told me ₹2500+500 home service for a ppe kit. I asked total amount n he told me ₹12000. I was surprised n asked him that the person who would come for doing tests is going to wear the same ppe kit for all 4 people then why the hell ur charging 3000 for all 4 tests. He argued n told me dis is how it works. It was necessary for me to get tests done at my home. I surrendered n called him for the tests. He took ₹1500 extra from me. This is how dis ppl take such opportunities to loot people who have no other option. Govt should take action n cancel the licenses of such labs n doctors!!!

When the person is in emergency Nobody's picking call I've been trying for yesterday to call this Branch in two alternatives number of this Branch. There is no response. This is how you treat your customer??
