My mother, Dipti Modi, underwent treatment at SAL Hospital, and our experience was truly commendable. She had a very complex and high-risk surgery, a Redo CABG, which required extreme precision, expertise, and care. From the moment we arrived, the seriousness of the situation was handled with professionalism and calm confidence. We are deeply grateful to the treating doctors Dr. Priyank Bhatt, Dr. Dhaval Shukla, and Dr. Vismay Shah whose medical expertise and decision-making played a crucial role in the successful treatment. Despite the complexity of the surgery, the doctors explained the procedure clearly and kept us informed throughout. Their dedication, experience, and commitment to patient care were evident at every stage, and we felt that my mother was truly in safe hands. The nursing staff and hospital support team also deserve special appreciation for their constant attention and compassionate care. I took my father Mr.Vinod Shrimal for bypass surgery in SAL hospital. Dr.Priyank Bhatt performed his surgery very well. From the reference of Dr.B.K.Shrimal we find very smooth and easy communication we get perfect treatment. Dr.Priyank Bhatt is very experienced and humble doctor. Thanks to Mr.Dhaval shukla for helping out with all the situations. A perfect communication skill of PRO miss Apeksha. Special thanks to the 5th and 6th floor nursing staff and medical officers.

My father, Ashokbhai Mistry, recently underwent bypass surgery at SAL Hospital, Ahmedabad, and our overall experience has been very good. The surgery was successful, and the doctors were very cooperative, supportive, and reassuring throughout the treatment. We are truly thankful for their hard work and care. On the 6th floor, Dr. Kajal Joshi was very supportive and took great care of my father. Her dedication and continuous efforts were really appreciated. The Ayushman Card service at the hospital is excellent. The staff handling it were very helpful, cooperative, and made the process smooth and stress-free. On the 5th floor, Apeksha Madam was very kind, understanding, and cooperative. Her behavior and support made us feel comfortable during a difficult time. One small concern is regarding the arrangement for patient family members on the 5th floor, especially for night sleeping, which was not very comfortable and can be improved. Overall, we are very satisfied with the medical care, doctors, and staff at SAL Hospital. Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of my father, Ashokbhai Mistry.

The procedure was performed by Dr. Gourang Modi, and I cannot thank him enough for his expertise, confidence, and the way he handled everything so smoothly. I was admitted on the 9th floor, and the staff there is absolutely wonderful. They paid attention to every small detail and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The nursing staff provided exceptional care - day and night they stood by the patient, always ready to help with kindness and patience. Their emotional support meant just as much as the medical care. Even the canteen team deserves appreciation. The food was served with proper hygiene and care, and they made sure there was no compromise in quality. Overall, the environment felt safe, supportive, and almost like home during such a critical time. I am deeply thankful to the entire team for their dedication compassion, and professionalism.
