There is no receptionist in this hospital; it’s been almost half an hour and no one has shown up. Even the guard here doesn’t know when the staff will arrive. The manager, whose name is Deep Pratap, is also not available. What is a person supposed to do after coming here? There is no facility for any kind of inquiry. (Ek ghante se kisi ka koi pata nahi hai ...)

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire hospital team for their excellent service and quick response during an emergency case. The medical staff acted with professionalism, efficiency, and compassion, ensuring that timely care was provided without delay. Equally, I appreciate the dedication of the non-medical staff, whose support and coordination made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From doctors and nurses to administrative and support staff, everyone played a vital role in delivering care with empathy and commitment. Thank you to the hospital for standing by patients and families in critical moments. Your teamwork and dedication truly make a difference, and I am deeply grateful for the care and support provided.

My experience - 4 stars for the treatment. One star minus for things take it as feedback - • Blanket given to patients were not enough for winter I saw every patient had their own blanket brought from home. • Visitors staying place could have been better. • Better canteen even now it is not bad • personally i would also like if summary card was more readable for a normal person and not to use chatgpt to understand handwriting, use print instead. • And i know some times patients and their family talks with emotions and sometimes it shows but instead of being harsh towards them calling them uneducated just show little sympathy and use word carefully like when my mom asked frequently 3-4 times for better blanket (she asked multiple times because staff never said no they were saying ok wait) one time she said to a staff to let her talk to the mannager yes it was in a little rude tone, the mannager first words were "Shant raho vrna bhaga dunga" without even listening and this is very disrespectful.

The hospital is very dirty, especially the bathroom and toilet. The bad smell and germs are not safe for patients. The toilet was stained and not cleaned. This poor hygiene is not what you expect from a hospital. I do not trust this hospital to be clean and safe.
