Worst hospital I have ever seen. The surgeon looked completely unprofessional, more like a compounder than a qualified doctor. The staff has no clarity at all about which tests are available in the hospital and which are not. Patients are made to wait unnecessarily for long hours, and Dr. Prakash does not even listen properly to the patient’s concerns, which is extremely dangerous in a medical setting. They also promote an insurance card facility that feels more like a business tactic than genuine patient care. Overall, the hospital seems more focused on money than treatment. I deeply regret taking my father to this cheap and poorly managed hospital. Thankfully, it was not an emergency—because the equipment looks outdated and unsafe, possibly older than the hospital itself. I strongly advise people to avoid this hospital, especially for serious or emergency cases.

Very bad hospital and staff. Especially Mr. Abhishek, who handles the full and final payments. The hospital added bill and report charges that were not actually included in the treatment. Wrong charges were added to the final bill. I strongly do not recommend this hospital. Do not go to Yash Hospital, Prayagraj.

If you really care about your loved ones and you really want them to get cured PLEASE DON'T COME NEAR THIS HOSPITAL. -> The ICU doesn't provide proper care to the patient. -> The nurses and the doctors in the ICU don't supervise the patient. -> There was no coordination and contact between the surgeon and the hospital which caused my patient's condition to get worse. Very very irresponsible hospital.

Worst Experience Ever This hospital is only interested in money, not in saving lives. Patient care is completely ignored. No Transparency: Families are kept in the dark, reports are hidden, and updates are never clear. Medicine Scam: They force you to buy more medicines than needed, and the unused ones just vanish. ICU for Money: Patients are kept in ICU without need, only to raise the bill. Refusal to shift to wards shows how poor their system is. High Death Rate: Instead of recovery, most patients end up either transferred out in critical condition or as dead bodies. Unprofessional Staff: Zero coordination, constant miscommunication, and careless attitude. Dirty & Unsafe: Hygiene and cleanliness are very poor, making it unsafe for patients. Conclusion: This hospital is a money-making business, not a healthcare center. Please avoid at all costs if you value the life and dignity of your loved ones.
