This has been more than a year, I have been diagnosed with GI cancer with treatment comprising of 4-chemos, surgery and 20-Immunos completed successfully. With my mental ability to stay positive got catalysed with caring Doctors Mr Shishir Shah and Dr Pinaki Mahato around. It would be u forgivable mistake if not thank the nursing staff and other team from the hospital who come the way be part of this journey. Thanking the hospital for the support and care provided and making me stand again..I wish very best as we move together.

We visited HCG Hospital, Baroda for chemotherapy day before yesterday and overall had a wonderful experience. The entire staff was extremely caring, professional, and supportive throughout the process. A special thanks to Karishma sister for her kindness, patience, and compassionate care — she truly made a difficult day much easier for us. However, we would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the special rooms. The rooms from inside do not feel very good and seem to need renovation. The washrooms are not up to the mark at all, and the beds appear old and are not functioning as per expected standards. We hope this feedback helps improve the patient experience further. Thank you to everyone at HCG Hospital for the care and service provided.

One small suggestion for future patients’ families — it would be very helpful if a small couch or bed could be provided for the patient’s relative to rest. It would make the stay even more comfortable during the recovery period.”* However, it is completely unacceptable that even when a patient bed is vacant, patient relatives are forced to sleep on the floor. This shows a serious lack of basic care and consideration. The hospital must ensure that proper arrangements, such as a small couch or bed, are provided for relatives at all times. We strongly urge the management to visit Sterling Hospital bhayli personally to witness how patient relatives are being treated. Immediate action is required to correct this and maintain a dignified and safe environment for everyone.”* I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding the behavior of the security staff in the surgery and recovery areas. During my recent visit, the staff were not understanding of the situation and were giving excessive restrictions to patient relatives. They insisted that only one person could sit and strongly prohibited others from being present or seated, which created unnecessary stress and discomfort for the patient’s family.
