We visited HCG Hospital, Baroda for chemotherapy day before yesterday and overall had a wonderful experience. The entire staff was extremely caring, professional, and supportive throughout the process. A special thanks to Karishma sister for her kindness, patience, and compassionate care — she truly made a difficult day much easier for us. However, we would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the special rooms. The rooms from inside do not feel very good and seem to need renovation. The washrooms are not up to the mark at all, and the beds appear old and are not functioning as per expected standards. We hope this feedback helps improve the patient experience further.
