We cannot thank the staff at HCG Hospital enough for the exceptional care we received for my father in law.specially Dr. Brijmohan,Dr. Rosil Gandhi and Dr.Subhash and nursing staff Mrs. Kinjal Baraiya, Mrs Krupa and Mr. Bhavesh Rohit.From the moment he was admitted, the doctors and nurses were incredibly attentive and professional. Special thanks to Dr. Roshil Ghandhi and his staff for making us feel comfortable and secure during our stay. The facility was clean, modern, and we felt we were in safe hands. Highly recommend!

My uncle Pemabhai admitted in the HCG hospital under care of Dr. Jay Shah cardiologist and we got best treatment under his observation. All the service and supporting services are very good and we are very satisfied for all over service and the doctor. We will surely recommend the doctor and the HCG to our friends and family.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the treatment and care provided to patient Arvindaben Mody. Our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Manoj Vithlani, Dr. Bhaktiben, and Dr. Priyank for their expert medical care, professionalism, and dedicated approach throughout the treatment process. The hospital staff has been consistently courteous, supportive, and attentive. The standards of cleanliness and hygiene maintained across the hospital are excellent. Additionally, the administrative staff is cooperative and efficient, ensuring a smooth and well-organized experience. Overall, we are highly satisfied with the services provided and truly appreciate the commitment of the entire hospital team.

I am giving 2 stars — one for the doctors and one for the security staff. Dr. Jay Shah (Cardiologist) at HCG Hospital is an excellent and highly experienced doctor. His diagnosis, treatment, and guidance were outstanding. We are truly grateful for his expertise and professionalism. I would also like to appreciate the security guard posted outside the ICU. He was extremely polite, supportive, and always ready to guide us. His behavior was genuinely comforting during a stressful time. However, the management and administrative experience was very disappointing. The ICU doctor informed us that the discharge would be completed between 4–5 PM, but the actual discharge happened around 9 PM. The entire process took almost 5 hours. Just processing the discharge file took 2 hours, and the finance team took another 2.5 hours. The process was extremely slow, and there was no proper communication or guidance during this time. Additionally, we were told that the dietician was unavailable at the time of discharge and that we should call the next day for proper guidance. When I called the next day, no one answered despite 12 attempts. Finally, when I contacted customer care, the response was blunt and unhelpful, which was very disappointing. The hospital infrastructure and planning also need improvement: ICU on the 3rd floor OPD on the 2nd floor Emergency on the ground floor The hospital feels congested and poorly coordinated. There are no proper facilities for patients’ family members. We had to sit roadside or sleep in our car. There is no proper waiting or resting arrangement, and no one seems concerned about attendants’ basic comfort. Overall, while the doctors at HCG Hospital are excellent, the management, discharge process, coordination, and family facilities are highly disappointing. Considering this is one of the biggest hospital networks in India, much better organization and patient support are expected.
