One of the worst knee replacement centres, highly untrustworthy. We live in Bangalore and saw their ad/video online. We called their dedicated number to seek online appointment for my mother’s knee replacement who is 67years old. Despite claiming that they give free consultation with dr Tarandeep, we were asked to pay Rs 900. Post payment when it was time to have a video/voice consultation, half of the time there was no network or connection issue. We could not even ask the Dr Tarandeep basic question before which he got frustrated because of their own network and walked off few minutes. Post which despite asking his assistant who claimed to Dr Deepika did not make us have any consultation. She completely refused stating that they don’t take any online consultation and we had good 9 minutes conversation with the Dr Tarandeep and that’s more than enough. So my question to Dr Tarandeep is whether 9 minutes is enough for anyone with half the time no network to discuss a patients history, medical conditions and blindly trust you to come to Chandigarh, get operated and go back in 4-5 days with no post support or Physio ? They are simply running a scam and marketing gimmick. For all those sons and daughters who are looking for their parents knee replacement, I would ask them to do a thorough research of this place before going ahead with anything.
